Attention! For the returns of products in stock, we refund 80% of sale price, provided the products remain unopened. Returns have to be informed to our sales department as soon as possible, not later than 7 days from receiving an order.
For products which are not part of our stock program, we unfortunately cannot give refund unless the manufacturer accepts a returned product. These returns will be settled on occasion.
