Measuring
Fodesco uses 3D-CMM’s to carry out measuring. Programs are made by using the 3D model of the parts, hence comparing the design part to the manufactured part. We are able to supply truly user-friendly inspection reports. Our measuring accuracy is 0,001-0,002mm.
Assembly
We offer our assembly services mostly for custom components. This is a reasonable way to make sure of functionality of parts. Our core knowhow is in custom tool frames and other precision components.
Polishing
Fodesco offers top-quality polishing work for inserts and cores. Parts are polished according to customer specifications. Polishing work is quoted before taking on the job. Our best polishing quality is SPI A1.
Laserwelding
Fodesco offers laser welding when parts need to be repaired. Laser welding can enable customers to use parts that normally wouldn’t be approved due to errors.
Lasermarking
We provide easy-to-read and high-quality lasermarkings. Our machine is equipped with rotating loading table and therefore is capable of efficient serial production.

Lasermarking is a fast and durable method to mark serial numbers, QR-codes and other tags. It is also possible to mark graphics of your choice. Our production process is efficient for small, medium and large series of products. Maximum size for marking area is 130mm x 130 mm. |
Machining
We machine plates and parts of ultra-fine accuracy. It is our goal to continue developing our manufacturing units by adding the latest technology available. Our accuracy provides full interchangeability within the products. This drives lower total costs throughout the life-cycle of the parts.
